The created stands are made with the idea of offering a change to plastic. These solid wood bases are many times more beautiful and durable and environmentally friendly.
I have created a wide variety of foundations. For hot and cold, incense and crystals, phone and tablet. It has been a crazy exciting process to come up with and implement them. There has been both magic and practical necessity here.
The idea of bases for phones and tablets came to me in a very special way. I had a piece of an oak table that my neighbor separated for me from his own heating material. Since they were not the straightest and there were many branches, I decided to make cutouts in them, which could be used to make adhesive shields. I glued the strips together and now I have a whole and straighter material. I looked at this material, about an inch thick, and wondered what to do with it. I couldn't come up with any ideas in the workshop and I decided to go outside to clear my head.
I didn't expect to find an idea in the process, maybe I let my mind free and just walked. Near the workshop, I have a small forest with quite large pine trees. At some point I got to one of the biggest and went to admire it. I looked at his height and thickness, I tried to measure it with my hands, I almost caught it all around. Then I leaned my back against the tree and looked up at its crown. At that moment, an image of the base that supports the phone flew before my eyes. From here, my imagination went to work very quickly. Beveled corners, milled grooves with the same angle, cut edges, the narrower end supports the upright position and the wider side supports the phone. Thought done and now there is a stand for both phone and tablet. To give it to a friend, I added a shungite crystal to the base, which, according to Tene's teachings, mitigates the radiation from electronics.
